Remote 1:1 Coaching - 3 Months

$525.00

The remote coaching package includes an initial onboarding fee of $75. After the first 3 months, the price drops to $150/month.

Remote coaching packages include:

  • Weekly video analysis

  • Monthly check-ins, feedback sessions, and goal-setting conversations

  • Detailed notes and instructions on the purpose and intent of each exercise

  • Goal-specific workouts delivered weekly

  • Data-based insights based on the performance data you provide

Each remote athlete undergoes a three month onboarding process where we assess your strength and technique while we also determine which movements work best for you.

Month 1 - Onboarding:

Every new athlete is required to go through onboarding, which lasts 4 weeks (or one block). The goal of the first block is to help me learn a little about your lifting and for you to get comfortable with the programming. The first block consists of:

  1. Goal-setting conversation.

  2. Week 1: Establish maxes.

  3. Weeks 2-4: Trying out different complexes and exercises to see which ones click with you or translate best into the full lifts.

Each weekly program will include guidance around which sets to film. I’ll use those videos and your training notes to write subsequent blocks. The higher monthly price covers time spent analyzing those videos and updating the program weekly.

Months 2-3:

Once you are onboarded, the programmed exercises will be much more consistent. Programming notes will include cues, elements to focus on, and sets to film. You will get programming in 4 week blocks. I like to complete tapers over 2 weeks, so some blocks may look like 6-week or 2-week blocks depending on how you slice it.

Most weeks contains 4 days of lifts -  clean day, 1 snatch day, 1 jerk day, 1 day of both competition lifts. The programs will be tailored to your needs and will include primer movements, technique work, strength lifts, and accessory/mobility work. It will also include some notes to help you focus on specific elements of the movement.

You're responsible for warming your body up according to your needs that day. I don’t specify sets to film that often after onboarding, but feel free to send me lifts that you’d like me to look at. We will check in at the end of each block to check in on goals, any aches and pains, progress, gaps, etc.
